The exact Botswana safari that Lainey went on is called a "migrations route" safari. This is a popular non-participatory camping safari (i.e. the guests do no work) operated by Wilderness Safaris. It is one of their few "set-departure" itineraries. The costing just came out for 2010 and the price is $4,350 per person all inclusive for this trip. The journey also operates in a northbound direction beginning in Maun and ending in Livingstone, Zambia.

My husband and I went on the same Wilderness Safari tour in Botswana last November. We too used
Travel Beyond to help us plan our trip and make arrangements in South Africa and Botswana. I highly recommend both. Francis was also our guide and everything and more is true about his skills.
You should definately put a trip like this on your bucket list. You won't regret it. I should mention we are not "outdoor types" and it was perfect.
